These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of fern-fortune.com (the “Site”) operated by Fern Fortune Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company based in Auckland, New Zealand. The Site provides free-to-play demo slot games for entertainment only. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site.

1. Agreement to Terms

8. Intellectual property

The Fern Fortune name, branding, layout, and original text on the Site are owned by or licensed to Fern Fortune Ltd. Game titles, artwork, and software within embedded demos remain the property of their respective rights holders. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access the Site for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

9. Responsible play

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred New Zealand dollars (NZD $100) except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fern Fortune Ltd from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of any third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. We may discontinue the Site or any game without notice. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You agree that the courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to the Site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
